The girls loved the beach - they had lots of staff who took care of the girls during meal periods (and after). The beach was perfect for little kiddos. There was no internet or TV and I did not miss them (and neither did the kids). The girls loved being in warm weather - Charlotte told Yaya that the weather in Singapore is SO nice (she will be in for a treat when we are back in the US in February :( ).
This was one of the top two beaches we have been to - soft white sand, no jellyfish or sharks, you can go for half a mile before it is over Sophia's head. Sophia was of course more interested in the goings on than eating as she subsisted on peanut butter, four shrimps, and air while we were there.
Sophia was an accident waiting to happen - she jumped off her airplane seat on the way there, had a wicked nasal infection, and fell on her nose injury and bumped her head. Geez! Two!
There were campfires, tetherball, guitar playing, and naked swimming.
Charlotte was interested in fishing - maybe she will go ice fishing next month!
The girls impressed with their unabashed singing and dancing abilities.
Before we hung out with Marie and Ella and we spent Christmas with TT and Astrid and Bucky - o we miss you Singapore friends!

By the way - I forgot to mention my cousin Sue was in Macau recently - thanks for a great lunch! Hoping it won't be another ten years before we meet again!
O and some videos from Telunas - the girls love Ahm Sara (sp?)!
The last second of this is a total classic:
