We went to an ice cream festival at Olbrich Gardens - a highlight was this low tech Ducky Derby:
Of course there were balloon animals:
We wanted to see Lizzo at a concert - sold out! Ugh. But there was a cool walk down a train track:
The girls liked hanging out on Aunt Jeanie's couches!
And we took Brooks and Ruby and Sara to Ella's Deli:
And then we went to Atlanta - Matt gained 10 pounds in five days! First stop - cheap Mexican:
We stayed at Sylvia's - there was a pool - it was an awesome base:
Ava and Sabrina showed us how to dance to the NeNe song:
Before Sabrina got tuckered out:
The girls had a chance to attend an Atlanta Capoeira event. Unfortunately Charlotte had a 'moment' during this (a jealous moment of her sister perhaps?):
With Mestre Barrao:
And other lovely Capoeira folks:
Thank you Marcia for your hospitality!
Ten pounds for Matt - attributed to this fine establishment - JR's Log House (the Pig place per Sophia):
Naked party! Naked party!
I wanted to take Matt to the Varsity - and here is a gleaming version of it at the new airport terminal. Not the same!
Back in Wisco - we fished:
And we had a BBQ at Cora's:
Charlotte pics:
And we made it to Noah's Ark with Jeanie, Randy, Brooks, and Ruby:
Then we ate at Sprecher's afterwards:
Glorious sunsets ensued:
Finally - the girls meet Cold Front!
And their first Princess Rainbow Float - and Char's 'moment':
Too sweet!
Awesome Mill City Museum tour:
Loving the test kitchen:
Sophia's 'moment':
Loved the gym at the Hyatt!
And the wedding party! Here are some highlights:
Seriously the best cheese brat I have had:
Next day - State Fair!
Amazing Em and his taco stand!
A hundred million people. At least:
Awesome farm exhibit:
The crew:
Amazing Uncle Thomas:
