Dec 2 - Thanksgiving, Food Festival, and Tree Trimming!

So - it looks like I am in a bit of a bi weekly habit with this blog.  I am ok with this.  I suppose I just assumed that the blog will sort of evolve organically as needed - for my life as well as the updates.  So this is in line with that.

Sophia is having bad dreams of late - she had a dream that Matt threw her to sea and various dreams about witches which brings her into our room late at night.  Poor girl. :(

The girls feed fish:

Awesome Thanksgiving at the Kims - thanks for hosting us Lauren!

Baby Daphne came over for the day last week - and we ate at Petisquiera!

The week before Jen hosted us for a Thanksgiving in HK - so great!  Thanks for hosting us!

We went to the Macau Food Festival!

Sophia was tired:

Everyone loved the Korean tornado potatoes!

Then we put out the Christmas tree!

Nov 17 - Hua Hin and the University of Macau

Hi guys - sorry I did not post last week.  But here I am this week.

We spent the better part of a week in Hua Hin with the Levines!  I did not bring my SLR camera as an SLR + traveling solo with 2 kids = some sort of mental block for me.

We started our vacation with manis and pedis - which the girls love of course!

Although blurry - I love Sophia's smug mug!

We were unreported 'guests' in the lounge.  We got busted when Matt showed up!  Here we are pre-Matt getting some ice cream:

Jared plays the ever popular "Roll the girls in the luggage cart" game:

We went into Hua Hin and had a more local experience:

And discovered Sophia's love of open air markets!  She was tired and chatty and really wanted a tea set - which we did not find:

A tuk tuk ride home - some blurry photos to capture the dizziness of it all!

Various Hyatt pictures:

We ate at this place called Lost - fun albeit slow service:

Recent Shrek shot - though we look pink:

Sophia still not impressed:

We went to the University of Macau to ride bikes - so much space!  So much fun!

Sophia got a haircut on Saturday - and then regretted it.  She thinks her hair is too short and everyone would laugh at her.  I think it is brilliant:

And last night the girls celebrated Jenny's 5th birthday:
