Sorry guys - I have not kept up with the blog in its first major lapse in nearly 5 years. But with good reason - I was in St. Paul opening an ice cream store! And it was the most work and fun I have had in a good long while. In typical Ho fashion (currently jet lagged in Manila over a short Chinese New Year holiday) - here is a video documenting my last 5 weeks in yet another journey.... the Journey to Cold Front. Can't wait to get the girls their own Princess Rainbow Floats this summer! Now back to the Charlotte and Sophia show! :)

Last 5 weeks - Minnesota NICE Cream
